Manta Point on Nusa Penida is one of the most accessible places in Asia where you can swim with mantas. Most tourists stay on the surface with a snorkel, watching them from above. However, you can go down on a breath hold and be in the same space as them.
What does a basic freediving course give you:
breathing for more than 2 minutes
diving 15-20 meters on one breath
confidence and calmness in the water
correct pressure compensation technique without ear pain
And after the course, a free trip to the manta rays. You will apply everything you have learned in a live encounter with some of the most graceful creatures of the ocean.
