Complement from Malam

Malam is a modern Asian bistro in the heart of Ubud.

The cuisine is based on open fire, grill and smoking. The menu creatively combines the influence of Thai, Japanese, Korean and Indonesian cuisines.

On the ground floor there is a small cozy bar with author's cocktails based on local Balinese ingredients and an excellent selection of wine.

On the second floor - a chamber and cozy atmosphere: candles, jazz and dim light, perfect for a date or dinner with friends.

• salmon sashimi with Thai sauce,
